The KinderKliniek provides outpatient care and day treatment for children and adolescents aged 0 to 18 years. In a friendly environment, the KinderKliniek focuses not on the illness but on the whole child and adolescent. The ambition of the KinderKliniek is to offer the best-organized comprehensive care in the Netherlands.

To achieve this ambition, the healthcare staff wants to spend as much time as possible with clients. However, the staff is required to document the proceedings. To minimize the time spent on documenting meetings, the KinderKliniek decided in 2019 to start with Topical Meetings.

Less Administration, More Time for Clients

With many meetings and consultations involving various departments, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to ensure good and clear documentation. Additionally, there was no uniform format for all meetings and consultations within the KinderKliniek.

With Topical, the KinderKliniek has made this process much more efficient and organized. After preparing in Topical, participants receive one email per meeting with all documents. After the meeting, the tool automatically sends an email with the complete report, all documents, and everyone’s personal action list.

If an action is not yet completed, the software sends automated reminders. This way, the staff doesn’t have to worry about action lists and can focus on what really matters: providing the best care.
