How secure is my data?

Our servers run at TransIP Netherlands and are only located in the Netherlands. TransIP has several relevant certifications. Check our Security Center or send us an email if you have any other questions.

What happens after the free trial ends?

Your account will be downgraded to a 'free' license so you keep access to your data. However you cannot schedule any new meetings.

What if I delete something?

Don't worry. If it's important we can help you to get it back.

Is Topical for online or offline meetings?

You can use Topical for online, offline, and hybrid meetings. Recordings are made directly on your own device, not inside a Teams call, which means Topical works independently of any video conferencing platform.

Can the summary be automatically placed into my own format?

Yes, it is. The AI will follow the agenda you set for the meeting as closely as possible.
