User roles
Anyone who can plan, take minutes, and create templates is at least a user. All other colleagues (or external individuals) who only need to read can be added as guest accounts. Guests are cheaper than users and have fewer privileges. Contact us if you need help with this!
Access to meetings
Meetings are only visible to 'participants'. Each participant can be given the following access rights:
