With Topical, you can take notes highlight actions or decisions. It saves you time when taking notes and the actions are followed-up automatically. You also have the option to dictate audio so that the minutes are transcribed for you. This way, you can work even faster and type less.

On the 'actions' page, you can see all the action points from all the meetings. This way, you can keep an eye on whether your colleagues are starting their actions on time. You can also add comments to an action, creating a timeline so that you always know who did what and when.
Email reminders
The actions are automatically followed up with email reminders. Your colleagues receive a maximum of 1 email per day with all the outstanding actions for the next 2 working days. Too many emails? Adjust the setting to 'weekly' so that you can see on Monday morning what you still need to do!
